This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff at the front desk were polite and welcoming, providing quick check-in service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a mini fridge and microwave for added convenience. I particularly enjoyed the view of the stadium from my room, giving it an energetic vibe.
All was satisfactory during my stay.

We went to the Phillies game and it was a great location. Free internet is always good.
The shower tiles seemed to have mold on them, so I didn't feel it was as clean as it should be. The carpet seemed old, furniture was dusty. It took a long time to get the front desk to get a code to use the free internet, had to call twice and it rang a long time before someone finally answered. Then the morning after we stayed, the coffee/convenience facility was closed. It's Starbuck's coffee and it was early, I'd expect it to be open during breakfast time! We got coffee from the Holiday Inn dining room, thought $3.00 for a cup of regular coffee was kind of high....

Perfect location, great staff, very clean rooms. Walking distance to Bull's Bbq, where you can have lunch. We appreciated it🙂

The hotel is conveniently placed near a number of sports arenas and attractions. The free breakfast is great and the staff is always cheerful and helpful. The parking is free and very useful.
The hotel could use some maintenance and updating in the rooms. The elevators were slow and the sound travelled into the halls.

I like the hand held shower and the bed was comfortable.
The room I had a very worn look. The carpeting and bedding have gotten its use. It made me think this is a popular hotel and alot of people stay there because of the ballpark.

Perfect location for the concert attended.
For $450 a night (basic room but jacked up price because of concert down the street) it could have been way nicer! Old candy on the floor next to the nightstand and the bathtub was stained and felt like I was falling through!

We loved the hotel's proximity to the sports venues and easy access to transportation to other parts of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept on.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

great location for a concert at the Linc...bar was nice and breakfast was good. Clean room and quiet.
after the concert Saturday late night trying to park was just insane the restaurant on the property was hosting an event and caused one heck of a mess with parking for HOTEL guests we had NO where to park at all!!!!! We as HOTEL GUESTS were treated like idiots by the front desk woman telling myself and a few other people who were in the same predicament that " Oh there's lots of parking back by the loading dock" we told her there wasn't we all drove all around the property for 30+ minutes looking for spots she insisted we told her to go outside with us and find us some she refused. We paid quite a bit of money to stay for 2 nights and we were treated like garbage by her. I actually had a male worker walk me outside and gave my husband and I his personal spot so we could get some sleep as it was 1 am, I don't remember his name however he was terrific and I thank him again! It was bad on Holiday Inn's part that their guests were treated so poorly when we had parking passes and every right to a spot but this EVENT took precedence!!!!!
